E-NACH Mandate Registration for School Fee Payment
The school offers the E-NACH facility to make fee payments easy and stress-free for parents. After a simple one-time setup, your fees are processed on schedule.
1. Before You Register
Please keep the following ready before starting the registration process:
- Mobile number linked to your bank account
- Debit Card or Net Banking credentials
- PAN Card details, if required by your bank
- KYC-compliant bank account
- Stable internet connection and updated Google Chrome browser
- Sufficient mobile battery charge
Complete the registration within 2 days of receiving the Paynimo SMS.
2. Registration Process
- Receive the E-NACH registration Paynimo SMS on the mobile number registered with the school.
- Open the registration link and verify the student and payment details.
- Select your bank and choose the authentication mode: Net Banking or Debit Card.
- Enter the required bank details and complete OTP authentication.
- Submit the mandate request and wait for confirmation.
- Upon successful verification and approval, your E-NACH mandate will be activated.
3. After Registration
- School fees will be debited automatically as per the fee schedule.
- Fee reminders will be sent through WhatsApp message or student diary.
- Please maintain sufficient balance in the registered bank account before each scheduled debit date.
- Fee receipts and payment confirmations will be issued after successful fee realization.
- Any change in bank account, registered mobile number, or mandate status should be promptly communicated to the school office.
- In case of failure, users are advised to clear browsing data and retry or contact their bank. The school will provide support for queries related to the payment gateway.
4. Important Notes
- No amount is deducted during E-NACH registration.
- Fee will be debited only on the scheduled due dates.
- Do not close the browser window while the registration process is in progress.
- Use only the mobile number linked to your bank account for authentication.
- Ensure all bank account and KYC details are up to date.
- Admission confirmation, where applicable, may be subject to successful fee realization as per school policy.
Do not refresh, close, or interrupt the browser during registration, as the mandate process may fail.
