Application Step Schedule
- Step 3 – Scheduled within 2 working days after submission of the Application Form.
- Step 4 – Scheduled within 2 working days after the Family Interaction.
- Step 5 – The date of School Onboarding will be communicated to the parents.
Application Steps
Step 1
Check Age Eligibility
- Sig in your Google account.
- To check your child's age click on the Age Eligibility checker.
- The Application form will open if the child meets the age-eligibility criteria.
Step 2
Filling of Application Form
- Fill the application form completely and accurately.
- All information must match the original documents.
- Incorrect information will lead to rejection.
Step 3
Family Interaction
- Both parents and the child must attend in person.
- Original documents will be verified.
- Arrange the documents from sr no 1-8 (as per the list of documents for verification) in a file.
- Parents are required to pay the Application Fee of ₹800/- and sign the Parents Undertaking prior to the commencement of the Family Interaction.
Step 4
Payment of 1st installment of annual fees & Submission of documents

On the intimated date, parents are requested to submit the following at the School Office:
➤ Demand Draft of the 1st installment fee
➤ Two latest passport-size photographs of the child
➤ Attested copy of the child's Birth Certificate
Step 5
School Onboarding
- Both parents are required to physically sign the ERP-generated School Admission Form.
- Parents will receive the Welcome Letter and the School Onboarding Circular.
List of Documents for Verification
- Original Birth Certificate
- Aadhaar Card of child
- Parents' education certificates
- Electricity bill / Rent agreement
- CW books, assessment card, fee receipts
- Baptism certificate (if Christian)
- Company ID / Firm registration
- Proof of monthly income

- Admission is confirmed only after all 5 steps are completed.
- Any influence in the admission process will lead to disqualification.
- Scholarships for Christian-baptized children based on merit.
- Update about each application step will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided.
